1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the FuncPlot mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
The App is developed and published under the trade name Leafy Wave Interactive, which is the commercial name used for the distribution of the App on digital app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The App is provided as a commercial service by PARTNER Piotr Sendziak, operating under the trade name Leafy Wave Interactive (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," "Leafy Wave Interactive," "we," "us," or "our").
The App is provided as a paid application and is intended to be used as is.
The Service Provider, creates and distributes mobile applications, including the App, which can be downloaded from various online app stores.
The App is designed exclusively for private individuals using it for personal enjoyment and purposes that are not linked to any commercial or professional activity.
By using the App, you agree that your use is subject only to these Terms and Conditions. Any alternative terms suggested by users are considered invalid, even if we do not specifically decline them.
These Terms and Conditions are provided within the App, which guides users to our official website. They are also continuously available on the online app stores from which the App is downloaded. Additionally, the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time through these channels.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your place of residence, you should go over these Terms together with a parent or legal guardian before starting to use the App.
We also advise parents and guardians to oversee their child’s use of the App, and to make use of parental controls available on devices and through app stores.
By downloading or using the App, you automatically accept and agree to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from downloading or using the App. It is strongly recommended that you carefully read and fully understand these Terms before using the App.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or alteration of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to reverse-engineer the App’s source code, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative works are expressly forbidden.
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to maintaining the App in a way that ensures it remains useful and effective for users. To this end, the Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time and for any reason.
Furthermore, the Service Provider retains the right to introduce charges for the App or certain services offered through it. Should any fees be applied, they will be clearly disclosed to you in advance, ensuring full transparency before any cost is incurred.
The App does not collect, process, store, or transmit any personal data. All functionality of the App is performed locally on the user’s device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and controlling access to the App.
The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions remove essential security protections imposed by the official operating system. These modifications may expose your device to malware, viruses, and malicious software, compromise its security features, and may cause the App to function improperly or cease working entirely.

The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function. All features and calculations are performed locally on the user’s device.

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for all aspects of how you use the App. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device is sufficiently charged. If you are unable to access the Service because your device has run out of battery, the Service Provider bears no liability for such circumstances.
While the Service Provider makes every effort to keep the App current and accurate, some information is supplied by third-party sources. As such, the Service Provider cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of your reliance on the App’s features or the information provided through the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors or be compatible with every device or operating system version. You acknowledge that the performance and availability of the App may depend on your device’s technical capabilities, operating system version, and internet connection. We are not responsible for any malfunction, errors, or inability to use the App on your specific device.
5. Disclaimer Regarding Translations
For your convenience, the content of the App may be available in multiple languages. While efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of all translations, we do not guarantee their correctness. In case of discrepancies or conflicts, the English version shall prevail. We are not liable for any misunderstandings, errors, or damages resulting from the use of translated content.
6. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may, from time to time, release updates to improve the App or ensure its continued compatibility. As system requirements evolve, you may need to download such updates in order to continue using the App. While the Service Provider aims to maintain the App’s relevance and compatibility, there is no guarantee that updates will always support your specific device or operating system version. By using the App, you agree to accept and install updates when they are made available.
The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the App and may terminate its availability at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will be revoked; and (b) you must stop using the App and, if necessary, remove it from your device.
7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications. Any changes will be communicated by publishing the revised Terms and Conditions on this page.
