Leafy Wave Interactive ("we," "us," or "our") provides the FuncPlot mobile application ("App") as a commercial app. This service is provided by "PARTNER" Piotr Sendziak and is intended for use as is.

This data is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third-party servers. You have full control over this data and can delete it by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. However, it is a safe, utility-based application that can be used by users of any age.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children or adults. Since the App operates offline and has no backend, no data from children is ever collected or transmitted.

Although we do not collect personal data, we respect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not possess any of your personal data, requests for access, rectification, or erasure are effectively automatically satisfied—there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete aside from the local data on your device which you control.

FuncPlot is a paid application.

• No Ads: The App does not serve advertisements.
• No In-App Purchases: There are no additional purchases required within the App.
